Nike.com Complaint - Worn, Torn Shoes - Nike Impax Tailwin

CLINTON, IOWA -- I ordered a pair of Nike Impax Tailwins on Nike.com, I received them today 11/26/08 in the mail. I was quite exicted as I have been waiting for the arrival. When I opened them, however, it was a huge disappointment. The shoes are dirty, falling apart. There are rocks in the soles, the stitching is completely ripped and all around the shoes are a total disappointment. I called CS and they are emailing me a return label to send them back. Even the CS Rep had never heard of anyone getting a used and abused pair of shoes. I'm not sure if I want another pair after what I received. I would really like to know how to contact Nike to complain. I will not get upset at a CS representative since it is no way there fault.

PLEASE HELP and BUYERS Beware.

The company is accepting the return. I understand the inconvenience but they are making it right. You've made your complaint with the CSR and your issue is being resolved. What more do you want from Nike?
