Autoparts Giant Complaint - The Worst In The Internet

Unfortunately I should have read this reviews before doing business with these crooks (to say the least). I ordered some parts from them and was supposed to receive some information about my order, witch never happened. They took the money out of my account knowing they didn’t have the parts and then after waiting for their 3 days processing time (what a lack of respect) 8 days for delivery, 4 days of extra patience and numerous calls to find about my order. I was told that the parts were never available. A day after I was told my money would be refunded I received an e-mail saying that my parts had been shipped. I called them again and was told that it was a warehouse mistake. Besides all this, they hang the phone on you and yell at their customers. I’m filling a complaint with the BBB and the FTC. Something should be done to this GIANT crooks. In the mean time DON’T BUY FROM THEM. THIS PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.

They have an F rating by the Better Business Bureau with 686 complaints.
