Sprint Nextel Complaint - Terrible Customer Service, Terrible Phones, Terrible Prices
BROOKLYN, NEW YORK -- I've been a customer with Sprint for almost 8 years. For the past 3 years their service has been completely unsatisfactory. All of their phones are trash -- I've had to replace 8 phones in about 13 months. All of them have either just stopped working or they've stopped turning on. They don't ever offer a free phone, even to loyal customers. I've recently begun to experience many dropped calls, I don't receive my text messages, my data always gets erased. Sometimes there's a random "service fee" which ranges anywhere between $3 and $23. When you ask about it they just say "there are certain service fees that you agreed to when you signed your contract". Emailing them is even worse. They talk in circles and never answer your questions or compensate for their lacking service. They basically repeat everything you say and then add something like "Thank you for contacting Sprint. We appreciate your business." It's absolutely infuriating. Their phone operators never have the right information, and it takes them forever to assist you.
Any interaction with them is like talking to a Stepford wife. Do yourself a favor -- if you don't already have Sprint, don't start now.
