Goldsboro Hyundai of North Carolina Complaint - Unprofessional, Useless Service Department...

GOLDSBORO, NORTH CAROLINA -- Vehicle towed there due to roadside assistance requirements that you go to closest dealership. I was unfamiliar with them but agreed because my car was inoperable. They felt the battery needed to be replaced because it would not hold a charge. This was determined after several days custody of the vehicle and they jumped it ONCE. Oh and by the way, we had told them the morning it was towed in that IT WOULD NOT HOLD A CHARGE. NINE days later they are still unable to obtain a battery for the van. They refuse to sub one out of the lot full of new cars they have. On day nine we made them jumpstart the van and left the dealership with the battery not replaced. They never called us the whole 9 days they had the van.

They were supposed to call us but they never did. We had to call them every time and request updates. The 1-800 number was essentially useless.
