Davis Vision Complaint - Davis Vision Has The Worst Customer Service & Scheduling
I went to Davis Vision last year and the service was quite slow but I thought it was okay. I wear contact so I need to go to them annually. This year, I switched to a new insurance plan and their service is unbelievable TERRIBLE!
First, they yelled at me while they cannot find me in their computer. And the manager grabbed phone and yelled back "I AM NOT YELLING". 2nd the appointment they gave me is like 3:55pm so I said okay 4pm. Then the lady began yelling "IF YOU CAN'T COME AT EXACT 3:55PM, WE CAN'T GIVE YOU THIS APPOINTMENT". So I said, last time I waited an hour and it makes no difference. Then she went on "THAT'S BECAUSE YOU HAD INSURANCE PROBLEM". I said please don't yell at me. She said again "I AM NOT YELLING!" while yelling back to me. So I said it's not my problem. You simply couldn't find me in your system. Then she just said "oh" without apologizing. I am speaking of the Little Neck NY Davis Vision.
NEVER GO THERE EVER! I REGRET NOW THAT I PAID THEM THE CHECKING FEE OF $80 DOLLARS!!!
