Best Buy Informative - Premier Silver Reward Zone Is A Joke...
For the past 26 hours I have been trying to reach the Best Buy Premier Silver Reward Desk. I have repeatedly been disconnected or connected to the wrong desk, where they keep insisting they can't help me. I am trying to take advantage of an offer for Premier Silver members that is a one week only offer. My account is currently being listed as being "basic", not premier silver because they won't credit my last purchase. (which will put me over the limit!) According to the Best Buy website, it says they "may choose to confer Premier Silver status upon others based on certain purchase behaviors." So what is the problem! I have spent over $2500 with them in the past 6 months and am trying to take advantage of an offer that would require me to spend another $250 with them. You would think they would get this problem resolved. Unfortunately everyone at the "basic" reward zone customer service desk insists that I must call the Premier Silver desk to have this resolved. However upon trying to call the Premier Silver desk, I am just repeatedly sent right back to the "basic" desk. No one at the basic desk can call to the Premier Silver desk and reach a human being either!
I am really beginning to hate Best Buy! I have spent over 3 hours trying to resolve this problem by phone. They are no more helpful in the store because they tell me that I have to call the Premier Silver desk! Imagine that!
