Comcast Corporation Complaint - Major Cost - Poor product
Purchased a HDTV on Black Friday. Comcast installers were here working on constant problems with TV reception. They informed that Comcast has no HDTV service in my area due to obsolete cable plant and would not have until Fiber Optic cable was installed but there was no plan to do anytime foreseeable future. My picture is terrible, always has been and will be until cable is upgraded. The channel lineup is very limited with quite a few channels I never watch. As far as I can tell, I'm paying as much as people with good quality service and much better choices. Sat. dish is not an option for me. The local people do their best working on an old outdated system but theres only so much they can do. I know the cable was installed 21 years ago but apparently Comcast doesn't want to invest in giving their customers any kind of quality product.
I'm considering writing FCC but I doubt it would do any good. The only thing they are proficient at is taking my money each month for an inferior product.
