Boyles Furniture Complaint - Boyles Furniture Has Horrible Customer Service

JAMESTOWN, NORTH CAROLINA -- Boyles Furniture does not know the meaning of customer service. They blame every one but themselves for the horrible manner in which they treat customers. Once they make the sale and have your money, you're screwed! They delivered furniture that was defective and missing parts, then after 4 weeks of asking them to respond with either a refund or deliver what I paid for, no one cares to answer. The saleswoman ignores calls and faxes, the GM E-mailed me she'd handle it personally, but did not. She instead asked her, "I don't give a damm customer service team to handle my problem, and, you got it, they do nothing to resolve the problem. One CS representative says the missing chairs are in their warehouse, another says they have not come in, and yet another says there here but we don't have a truck in your area for at least another 2 weeks.

Beware, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BOYLES FURNITURE. Pay a few dollars more and save millions on aggravation.
