TROY, NEW YORK -- I recently had pictures taken of my grandchildren the next day when I picked up the cd that they charge you way to much for was missing pictures out of 36 I got 12 that looked horrible. When I called the customer service number only to wait 15 minutes for someone to come and tell me its nonrefundable and the pictures on the cd are the pictures I would be receiving. I feel they need to retake these pictures or refund my money.

I paid over 100 dollars and go there all the time. They lost my business.
