Sprint Nextel Complaint - Sprints Billing Sucks
I have never had Sprint in my life when I first started working for Sprint I got the service and it was great but then the company laid me off and I dropped all my phones that I had with them. Every single person that came in to the store had an issue with their bill. I also remember having issues with my bill. And the company knew that people got issues with their bill so they authorized all the assosiates to give up to 200 if their billings was wrong ofcourse we had to check everything until we could give that discount. It was the worst thing I have seen in a company. It has a great future plan but right now the company's billing sucks and when you call the customer service they are worst I suggest if you have Sprint go to the store and talk to them and explain to them that its not non of the people that work there's fault but you like to take care of it. And they will end up helping you because they can not afford to loose more customers than they already have.
But as soon as you get out of contract I will go with something more realiable like Verizon. I switched to them and since I have had it I have had no problems with my billing or my phones or my service.
