Smart Style ~ South Bend IN Portage Rd Complaint - Crappy Hair Cut

Review by boobunnie72 on 2008-12-04
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA -- I've had my 'lid' done the same for the last 2 years...take an inch off and layer the bottom. Pretty simple eh? NOT even close...in fact it was more like three inches... When I pointed this out to my stylist, she said it was the black cape I was wearing... That made it look longer on my right side then my left?? Whatever..so I called over the manager and had her check this style..her response was " well it all looks even to me 'and smiled' "... I left... called the customer service # 800-737-3535 and got a refund.. To those who've said you get what you pay for..please keep in mind.. When ordering a. 99 cheeseburger at a fast food joint..you shouldn't expect rat poop in it..nor when you buy the cheapest gas at the pump do you expect your fuel pump to go..or last but not least..

When shopping at a discount electronics store..that your new TV should only last a day or so...it's not ..you get what you pay for..

I hate it when people say, "It will grow back"...yeah, it will, but it's crappy looking until it does. I've always had problems when they cut off more than agreed...if they feel more needs to be cut, they should let the customer know that before doing it and it should be the customer's choice.

I hate scissor happy people!

I got a bad haircut when I was in 7th grade. I got teased so bad because they cut my hair crooked and then to fix it they had to give me a boy haircut. It's bad enough I have a boys name (reminds you of a certain tiger) then I have to have a boys haircut. Alls I can say is that a lot of people had their lockers crazy glued for making fun of me.

The inches Lorena Bobbitt cut with scissors won't grow back.

The ones your hairdresser did will.

My hairdresser always errs on the side of not cutting enough. Then if you want it shorter, no problem. I like that concept. When hair is wet, it always looks longer, then it shrinks. Some hair, especially curly hair, shrinks even more as it dries. I think that's why sometimes the hairdresser's make the too-short mistake. And, then some hairdressers are just not good at following instructions. Thanks for the post.

But, C2O--it was reattached, so that doesn't count.

You know Diane, if I had a dollar for every time she tells someone "don't believe a thing he says", I'd be retired now.
Just an hour ago I would have made 2 bucks.
I guess I haven't learned the right words yet. lol!

Well, C2O--You're never too old to learn, lol.
