SelectRugs.com Complaint - Rug Color Wrong And Company Will Not Admit Fault

PHOENIX, ARIZONA -- I ordered a rug that was categorized as "Ivory & Beige" on the SelectRugs web site. It arrived and was bright yellow. I returned it and the rug pad and got a refund. BUT they would not refund shipping, which was over $100. I am complaining because they mis-advertised the rug as "Ivory/Beige" when it was yellow. I would never have ordered a yellow rug. PLUS after I complained and emailed and spoke to several people at SelectRugs they re-categorized the rug into the "Yellow" category.

So, they obviously realized the mistake they had made, but will still argue with me about the color not being exact.
