COLORADO -- I work for T-mobile. I know exactly how things are run. I've been in many different departments and I know why problems happen and how they are resolved.
To you who complained about not getting your flight ticket voucher: NO DUH YOU DIDN'T GET IT. You signed up BEFORE the offer was available. Get your facts straight before complaining.
You all have NO IDEA how hard it is to work for a company where the customers are too stupid to help. I've read EVERY review and I can see EXACTLY why the problems happened. And yes, some of them ARE T-mobile's mistakes but if you'd keep your cool and NOT treat us like we don't know what we're doing then we'd be a heck of a lot more willing to help you. Yelling at us does NOTHING. You can yell as much as you want but there's no way we can override our own policies just because you're angry.
MOST of the problems I've seen ARE YOUR FAULT. Most of these problems aren't even in our hands anymore, so STOP SCREAMING AT US LIKE IT WILL HELP.
