Enterprise Rent-A-Car Complaint - Deliberate Overcharging One Way Rental
SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- I booked a 24 hour rental from San Diego to LAX. I only had the vehicle for 24 hours. At LAX they assured me I would only be charged 24 hours. I have the paperwork that shows I only had the vehicle 24 hours. I was charged 2 days rental. I have emailed customer services on numerous occasions and even the Branch Manager - never even received a reply.
I would not recommend Enterprise, not because they made a mistake, but because they were not willing to correct their error. Perhaps they thought they'd keep my money as I was an overseas customer?
