Hilton Hotels Informative - Save Your Receipts - Identity Theft By Hotel, Fraudulent Charges
FAIRFIELD, CALIFORNIA -- I was charged on my credit card $519 for something I paid cash for. I have a receipt for cash and the scandalous customer representative has $519 in her pocket. I can't believe after 5 months there is no resolution. I am seeking legal counsel and making a police report. And for all those not so credible customer reps... When 2 people engage in an activity to steal money, it is called organized crime and is punishable in Federal Courts. And to the managers that cover it up for them... Is half of $513 worth protecting her? Just curious? There are mandatory minimum sentences for organized crime... you fool. Anyhow don't stay at the Homewood suites in Fairfield California if you do save your receipt.
Thank you to the young man I spoke to there today. He was kind. I just called to see if it was their policy to return cash to somebody when that persons name wasn't even on the card. He said absolutely not. This is so disgusting I am getting ill!
