Mini Pocket Rockets Complaint - Product Delivered Broken And Company Will Not Honor The Purchase

18855 E. SAN JOSE AVE CITY OF INDUSTRY, CALIFORNIA -- I bought my son a bike from this company that the fender was broke off and something was wrong with the pulley. I called the company and they wanted me to take pictures of the bike and send it to them and they would send me the parts and I am supposed to fix it. They would not exchange the bike for another one although I paid extra to insure that it would come to me undamaged, nor would they take it back and refund my money. This was supposed to be a new bike for my son's Christmas. I called UPS and they are coming to investigate if it was their shipping or if the damages was from Mini Pocket Rocket factory.

So, here I am approximately 15 days before Christmas trying to get this company to take responsibility for their product. I left a message with the manager with no return call and emailed the company with no response. The only one that I talked to was customer service, who would not honor the purchase.

What can I do about this company. You would think if you had a product insured that the company would make it good to the customer.
