Humana Complaint - Humana Medicare Drug Plan
My experience with Humana's Medicare Drug Plan, has been deplorable. Their employees do not seem to know policies, or rules. Their customer service is extremely poor. They change their website, making it more and more difficult to navigate. My information regarding medications ordered and prescribed is inaccurate. They do not adhere to their formulary policies, send medication orders that are "missing" a few pills, mail medications to the wrong address repeatedly, send obviously different generic medications that often are near expiration date, or crumble, or seem MUCH less effective than the one sent previously. They have used bait and switch tactics.
I know how much I am currently suffering without my medication being sent to me. I can not imagine what really frail, very elderly clients are suffering. It is truly disgusting.
