Sleep America Complaint - Slow / Unresponsive Customer Service

TUCSON, ARIZONA -- We purchased a mattress and box springs from Sleep America several years ago. We were basically very happy with the mattress but one of the box springs began to collapse after several years of use. When I went in to replace the box spring, the clerk assured me I should work through their warranty service since it was under warranty. I really wish I hadn't. Nearly a month after going in to speak with them and many phone calls later, I finally found out they would not be replacing anything. The real problem was not the answer but how long it took to get any answer! Customer service was very slow to respond, and when I finally got a report from them, it was so vague that I had to call and wait again for some clarification.

I finally got action only by being very aggressive and somewhat rude. I cannot imagine that I will be purchasing another mattress from them.
