Taco Bell Complaint - Poor Service, No Response From Management
COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO -- I placed an order at store #3431 in Colorado Springs.
The service was extremely poor. The cashier didn't even say "hello", although I said hello to her, no thank you either. The wait was very long, other customers were complaining, and asked to speak to the manager. One of the male employees just tapped on the office door, but seemed unconcerned that the manager wasn't showing up. By the time manager showed, it took so long the other customers left. I spoke to him and told him that the employees were working so slow, and one of the girls was more busy chatting with people and arguing with the cashier. He didn't say anything except "ok" and didn't address the issue or talk with the employee. I still had to wait about 5 min more just for a burrito supreme and the cheesy potatoes. The employee boy who handed me the food didn't say "thank you" or "sorry for the wait".
At the very least someone there should have apologized for the wait and poor service. Even talking to the manager turned out to be a waste of time. Called the 1-800 number, all I get is a canned apology and them saying they'll forward the message. I think I should get a refund for the money I spent there, at least some sort of compensation.
I've been going to taco bell for over 30 yrs and this was one of the worst visits I've had, and am not likely to go back again.
