Whirlpool - Poor Customer Service
Whirlpool customer service is horrible. After an agent made my service appointment, no one showed up to do the service. I called A&E Factory Service twice, and both quite helpful and concerned agents separately told me there was no service order in the system for me. So I called Whirlpool, and the surly agent there couldn't care less about the fact that although I held up my end of the bargain to be present during the four-hour service window, Whirlpool couldn't even manage to hit the send button on a service order.
His bad attitude and his unwillingness to find a solution to my problem gets my personal worst customer service award for 2008.
