Half Priced Mags Complaint - This is a SCAM - Magazine Subscriptions

The website halfpricedmags.com brought me to a blank page. It looks like they have gone under... Did you pay with a credit card, because you might be able to file a claim with your bank. This actually brings up a related question - with several newspapers and magazines calling it quits this year and more expected because people are turning to the internet for news and gossip, I wonder what happens to those thay pay a yearly subscription and only get a couple of copies before the magazine goes bust. I doubt there is a refund if the company is no more.

halfpricedmags.com gets many more google hits, which leads me to believe it was a real site at one point. halfpricemags.com without the "d" brings me to one of those fake websites that bottom feeders set up by registering a name close to a real business, the kind that have random links and lots of pop ups.
