Lute Riley Honda Complaint - Bad Pain and Definitely Bad Service

RICHARDSON, TEXAS -- I own a 2002 Honda Accord. It has 18,500 miles on it and the paint is blistering on the nose. I took it in this morning. They will do nothing. I have dash lights that keep going on and off. I found out it is check engine light and the traction control system light. They treated me like I was crazy. Lute Riley Honda in Richardson, TX, in my opinion, are very unethical, lie, and do not stand behind their warranties. Their finance program is bogus, they lie about your interest rate, have you sign blank papers, and then won't repair your car. They took the car to get the windows tinted. I had the car a week. On the way home from picking it up, the windshield was full of chips - not one - many. I had to argue and fight to get that fixed. They chump you when you come in, and try to make you think that they get rated and you must rate them with a 5. They act like they are scared of Honda, and they keep claiming Honda will contact you so that is why their service is so great. No one has EVER attempted to contact me, and I have been nothing but unsatisfied since I bought the car. AVOID LUTE RILEY HONDA IN RICHARDSON TEXAS LIKE TYPHOID FEVER!!!!!
