Microsoft Network (MSN) Complaint - HotMail
EL CAJON, CALIFORNIA -- I was informed by Hotmail on April 6th that my e-mail account was closed. After numerous e-mails, I am still no closer to reach a real person to talk to....
I was told that I spammed someone. The people I have contact with on this account are personal friends and fellow employees. I have had the account for over 4 years, but all I get is form answers. I have very important files on hotmail, and some relate to my son's muscular dystrophy. All they will say is that I spammed someone, they know I did it and sorry for the inconvience.
I object to being told you did something, but I am not able to dispute it. MSN hotmail has given me no recourse. I even ask if I could have my legal counsel contact them. When this is contained in an e-mail, they won't even reply.
MSN wants to have their day in court, but they won't give that courtesy to those who use their service. They are right and you are wrong.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I want to talk to a live person. I want at least the personal data I asked them to save returned to me. I would love a copy of what they say I did. They hide behind TOS. They do not even check out the facts that long time users don't suddenly start sending spam.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.
