DirecTV Inc Complaint - Billed For Upgraded Equipment I Didn't Request!
I needed to have a second dish added so I could get local channels. When the technician got there he said no, I only needed one dish but he needed to put in an order for an upgrade which would supply the 2 receivers, the new dish, and the remotes for free. I understood by the service representative @ DirecTV that I would pay $33.78 for this not the $73.78 because I was a current customer. My bill not only doesn't show the $40.00 credit (which they found in my account and will credit) but also $200+ for the 2 receivers which I didn't need!!! I was never informed of this cost and I certainly wouldn't have said go ahead.
I am going to cancel this service - this is totally unbelievable and is noway near being on the up and up!!!
