Dish Network Informative - Customer Complaint
GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO -- I called 2 weeks ago and ordered a dsr box to be installed. I talked to somebody that I could hardly understand. They told me it would br delivered on Dec.11 between 12 noon and 5pm. At 5pm I received a call from a woman stating that the tech was still tied up at anouther account and would be at my home asap! At 6:30 a tech showed up and asked to look at my dish as he was going to have to change. It is on my roof and it was very dark. We decided that he would reschedule it for the weekend. He said somebody would contact me for a time.
I am still waiting for my box and would like to hear from somebody very soon or I am going to change to Direct dish. I have been a Dish customer for almost 10 years. please respond.
