Cable Shopping Network Complaint - Cable Shopping Network Problem

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA -- I purchased 3 coins from Cable Shopping Network on a live show on 8-3-2008.

1 Coin was back ordered - the other 2 boxes came with the coins in the boxes (supposedly for 19.95 Each box).

After 2 months 1 called on the 649.95 Gold coin. They said it was not in stock. Would try to get in shortly.

By 11-18-2008 I was very upset. Called 2 different people including a supervisor and ask her if they actually had the coins when the showed aired. They said they sold out, but they kept on taking orders for a product they didn't have.

After threatening contacting Better Business Bureau, the coin arrived on 12-12-2008. But 1 small problem, no 19.95 Oak box. They said they sent it with the other 2 coins. I said that makes no sense, who would send a empty box. They said
they do it all the time. My comment was that "what if they coin never was sent I would have the 19.95 Box and no coin-this is not logical".

I have since called the credit card company about the incomplete order-both invoices say coin with box.

Not so on last coin. I hope others don't have the same experience.

something for sure doesn't add up. you did the right thing by contacting your credit cad company.
