Electric Range - Complaint
CONNECTICUT -- I booked a service call to fix the indicator light on my electric range. I took the day off from work and no one showed up. They inputted my address incorrectly on their system - the technician couldn't find my address so didn`t come. They had my phone number but didn't bother calling...I had to call in to find out about the screwup. Someone from dispatch called to say they would accommodate me for a Saturday morning. A technician called me and said he`ll order the part then come in. That was two months ago...I just called and found out from the second representative I spoke with the service order was closed. It said on the system completed and fixed...how did that happen. The light on my stove is still not working and no one came in. I was basically told they wouldn't be able to help me out except book another service order but for weeknight. I refuse to book day off and wait while no one shows up.
Oh yes, the first representative I spoke with today hung up on me. NEVER EVER BUY THEIR PRODUCT as you`ll have so much problems trying to get it fixed if it ever breaks down.
