Pizza Hut Complaint - Poor Service And Poor Handling Of Situation
ODESSA, TEXAS -- So...we ordered pizza from Pizza Hut online..and like both times before, we received email confirmation that our order had been received. So after the estimated delivery time came and went, my husband called to speak with someone. This is the 3rd time this has happened and supposedly someone had tried to contact the number we left and the line was disconnected. We called Pizza Hut from the same number we had listed. 3 times has this happened and they say its not their fault and that next time we should try ordering over the phone. I've often tried ordering over the phone and hardly ever get an answer.
They NEVER pick up which is why I resorted to online ordering. I mean..what is the point in online ordering then? Why did I receive confirmation? and if someone did indeed call to tell us that they were "closed" at 9pm and the number was disconnected, why not send an email since we had to register with one? On top of all this..the head guy said that their location isn't the one to deliver to us anyway and we could call the correct place. I ordered online..how is that my fault that their website directed me to the wrong location. and when asking him that, he replied with "how is that our fault"..uh hello..you work for Pizza Hut..it is your Pizza Hut website..that in any way is not my fault. The only fault I have is ever giving them my business.
And even after all that, the supervisor said.."I'm sorry theres nothing I can do..if you call back tomorrow I can help you then.....wtf?
