Spirit Airlines Complaint - Trying To Book Award Miles
Forget about using your Free Spirit miles. It takes them over a week to answer a form you have to fill out and there are no phone numbers. I was on hold with the Reservations for over 30 minutes and then they said they cannot help me, nor even transfer me to someone who can.
They lack all responsibility for customer service. They were not willing to help or even give me contacts to ensure I get help.
After I finally got a call back to book my award travel, they booked it for the wrong month. Now I have been waiting 3 days to hear back from them because reservations said I have to pay to change the dates even though THEY FU@KED UP.
I will never again fly Spirit and will cancel my World Spirit MasterCard as soon as my flight gets changed properly.
I cannot say enough bad things about their customer service, or lack there of. I would not fly with them again even if it were free.
