FLOWOOD, MISSISSIPPI -- I was given a diamond bracelet for my 2007 Christmas gift. A few months later a diamond fell out, so I took it back to Kays and had it replaced no problem. I got it back and another 3 or 4 months go by and another diamond fell out. I talked to the manager and he said that he could replace it and if it happens again, he will replace it. Now its a few months later and the third diamond has fallen out and they want replace the entire bracelet.

I am very angry at this point and will contact their home office to settle this. I will probably never shop at this company again.

At least their working with you to make things right. It's only the product that sucks not the service.

Why are you angry that they are REPLACING your bracelet? They seem to be doing right by you so I don't see any reason to complain.
