Informative - Can't Get Them On The Phone

MISSISSIPPI -- I made a purchase on the ninth of December, assuming sixteen days would be sufficient enough time to receive my kid's bike. Boy, was I ever wrong. Seven days after the purchase we called them to find out what the scoop on the bike was and they don't even have the bike I ordered in stock and now I can't get them on the phone again to either change my order or get my money back.
After reading other reviews similar to mine, I think I just want my money back. Hopefully, that's possible.

The funny thing is, they boast about superior customer service.
Help or information would be greatly appreciated.
