DESTIN, FLORIDA -- I never recieved my Rebates for my Epsom CX3200 Printer. It was supposed to be $50.00 $ $20.00 Gift Card. Also, never recieved my rebate of $20.00 on the Curtis Cordless Telephone. I contacted them SEVERAL times & also went back to the Store where purchased & they contacted them & told me to resubmit certain information, I did & didn't hear Nor recieve anything!!
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I would like for them to PAY the REBATES they PROMISED. This has been quite awhile now.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
