Sprint PCS Complaint - Can't access wireless web for a month
ALLEN, TEXAS -- Since I activated my pocket PC on Dec. 23, 2003 at Sprint Store (porting from T-Mobile to Sprint PCS), I have expected to wait around few days because porting is a new service recently. However, It has been for a month now for the web access and I am still awaiting (today: Jan 21, 2004). I have spent so many hours to investigate the problem myself (nobody took an ownership to resolve customer's problem). Finally I identified by myself the cause of the problem. The problem is "porting is still in progress". I also talked with a supervisor in 2nd level porting dept. and he (I believe that his first name is Patrick) supposed to return my call by yesterday. I do not expect to recieve his phone call because that is a typical poor PCS's customer service. I will keep contacting 2nd level porting dept. to resolve this problem. I cannot rely on their unreliable work.
By the way, they still cannot give me the date when the problem can be resolved.
P.S.: It is not a first time trouble with Sprint PCS. I experienced with Sprint regarding returning and refunding phones about 2 years ago. After over a year of fight, I got my full refund for the phones. That happened after filing a complaint to FCC.
