Slamdunc Informative - Worst Service Ever
My name is Ian.. Never in my entire life have I known such a shocking service. I am so sick of speaking to supervisors now and still for nothing to get done. And these are supervisors? Clearly no one knows what they are doing. We got a call from you so many times until we decided to give you a try so we cancelled our account with at&t. The worst mistake of our lives. This was almost four weeks ago. We are still without a phone. Both of us work from home and have missed meetings and potential earnings because of your unbelievably poor service. Every time I have spoken to one of the supervisors they have assured me they would call me back the next day. This hasn't happened once. Three times a technician was supposed to come around. The first time he was 5 minutes outside the window promised and we had to leave. The second time he just didn't show and the third time we received a call 5 minutes before the end of the window to say they couldn't come. As you can imagine we are far beyond being angry. We are appalled that this is how you run a service. We are now in London and have people staying there for a month. Still no phone. I have now handed this over to my lawyer who will be handling it from here. She will be contacting you today and we will be taking this further for lack of potential earnings due to your inability to do something as simple as connecting a phone line.
Not once have you done anything promised and not once has anyone called us back. I cannot fathom how three different supervisors can say they will absolutely handle this farcical situation never to hear from them again. You will be hearing from our lawyer today.
