Auto Parts Giant.com Complaint - I Advise You Don't Purchase From AutoPartsGiant

BELLFLOWER, CA 90706 -- On September 13, 2008 I order a pair of struts for my 1994 BMW 740il..... Needless to say they sent me the wrong parts.....I sent them back immediately..... I called and called and they send me on a wild goose chase transferring my calls 4 times, before I could speak to some one..... They said that they had receive the part and that it would take 30 days for my money to be refunded to me. Well, today is December 18, 2008 and I still have not received my money. I looked them up with the better business bureau and there rating with them is a F.

They have all kinds of complaints.... So I advise you never to order a part from them.... Please do you homework on them scrum bags!!!!

Why do you say, "Needless to say, they sent me the wrong part?" Do you think that business enjoy making mistakes that cost them money? Sounds to me like you went into this transaction expecting to be dissatisfied. I used to work for a tire company that did mechanical work. There was an Auto Parts Giant store almost across the street from us, and we got a lot of parts there, and had darn few problems. Parts there cost about one-third usually what they cost at NAPA.
