Sprint PCS Complaint - Horrible! - Customer Service
NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA -- I have been with Sprint for years but have been a victim of their so decline to poor customer service. I cancelled my account last night.
Let me be brief. I lost my Blackberry. They replaced by Blackberry with a an upgrade I did not need. It did not provide me with the features I need for work.
I found out this Blackberry did not have the programmable feature after 2 days and 7 hours of tech support wiping and reprovisioning my phone! Only, to be sent to the RIM customer support who immediately told me this phone did not have the feature I needed! If that is not bad enough, they said they would send me a phone with the feature I need only to receive in the mail the same phone! So I call only to find out they are not sending me a different phone. Why do I need two phones?
Of course, they offered me the phone I need free but to resign a 2 year agreement!
They allowed my underage son to change my plan in the past, sent me phones I did not order, charged me for features I did not order. Sprint is a nightmare!
Did you know Verizon does not change your 2 year agreement when you need to make changes to your plan. Sprint does with every need you have! For me, it is worth it to pay the service fee and get out. I am going to Verizon who got number one in customer service last week.
