NCO Financial Systems Complaint - Cut & Dry Case of Harassment
OHIO -- First of all, I would like to address Lissie's comment and everyone else's like hers. It's pretty snotty for you to assume that people are being harassed simply because they didn't pay a bill. There are a number of people, including myself, that are getting harassing calls because someone else fraudulently supplied our phone number knowing they would never pay the debt incurred.
No one should be commenting about anyone else's debt or financial problems considering the economy right now. You do not know their situation and therefore should not speak to it. There are lots of hard working people that would happily pay their debts if they were not suffering financial difficulties as a result of layoffs and economic downturns.
I have been getting phone calls on my cell phone from NCO and countless others for many months now, all because some woman that I don't even know randomly picked my cell phone number to use to perpetrate her fraud.
I am sending my cease and desist letter off today. I am also saving all of my time and date stamped messages to prove the harassment. I wish all of you the best of luck in ending your torment.
