Credit Solution Complaint - Credit Solution Is A Total Fraud, They Don't Work For You

Review by creditsolutionscam on 2008-12-18
ORLANDO, FLORIDA -- Credit Solution has false advertised in the internet as well as on mayor TV networks. They say one thing and do another. They don't mediate, they are not your advocacy in nothing, they don't have any sort of customer service availability and if you ask them what the company does, you don't get that you get what they don't do.

They are definitely a fraud and I am glad I only just started to deal with them, as of right now I stopped paying them and closed my bank account so that they can't withdraw anymore money. I don't care if bankruptcy is wrong, but these days everything is wrong. Financially, I can't take this no more, I have two disabled children and the hospitals bills are killing me. It is either bankruptcy and will regain my mental health or keep playing with this m/f and loose it.

Bankruptcy IS the best option. Credit firms like these "make arrangements" to pay your bills and you pay them. They in turn pay on your behalf and take a cut. While this is happening, your credit score remains well below 450 until all payments are clear. After that, you will see a very slow increase in your score as no one will give you any credit, but since you're not late, your score increases. Sorry, but seeing a 5 point rise in a year, compared to a 100 point rise from bankruptcy - Thanks, but no thanks! For less than $800 you can rid yourself of all debts and never worry about it again. Bankruptcy - The best option for these times!

In addition to what Mario said,
Bankruptcy is NOT is a solution to a problem. Just remember, when it's over, try not to make the same mistakes.

I disagree. Bankruptcy is a way out for those in extreme measures, but is not a slam dunk nor should be a first consideration. BK stays on your history longer and you will not get any credit with it there. There are various debt assistant repayment ways to go that can have far less impact on your credit if you can do them. This one is a settlement company and not one of the lower impact varieties. If you plan on filing bankruptcy, you must have only a certain amount of assets and still need a credit counseling certificate. Again, sometimes it's the only way out. However, if you have the means to pay your debts that you conscientiously accumulated, then that should be someones first choice. If more people took responsibility and repaid their legit debts, we wouldn't be bailing the banks out at all.

You are exactly right slim....but it seems like the op's hole is dug way too deep.

Hard to say JK. Details are thin and ambiguous here, including why the company in question was doing poorly.

yep, we get a lot of those here, don't we?
