Best Buy Complaint - Poor Customer Service for Returns
UNION CITY, CALIFORNIA -- I returned an unopened Wii Game to Buy Best 24 hours after realizing that I purchased the wrong game. It took me 30 minutes in line to complete a less than 5 minute transaction. Simple returns and exchanges should be handled better. Also, there was a separate line for "in store pick-up" and as those people would walk-up the clerk would jump over to help them first even though they had just arrived and I had been in line a very long time.
I brought this to the sales staff's attention, but they don't care. Best Buy has lost my business forever. I'll shop at Target or Wal-Mart from now on.
