Perfume.com Complaint - Poor operation... Stay clear of Perfume.com!

NEW YORK -- It is hard to believe this company is an internet only company. My ONLY experience has been horrible...

Placed the order on December 9th..promptly received an email notifying me that my bank account had been charged. Then received an email containing my order number and shipping info...was told to expect my shipment December 13-17th.

Everything was as I expected to this point.

December 18th rolled around...no shipment. I called the 1-800 number and was quickly told that the warehouse was out of the product I ordered. I asked when I could expect a refund....3-5 business days was the answer.

First, I sincerely believe they were NOT going to refund my money until I called. I received absolutely no communication from them, save for the previously mentioned ones.

Second, if they do not have products they need to be honest about it. They should have a better system of knowing what is in stock and what is out of stock...check it BEFORE they list items for sale and CERTAINLY before they charge their customers.

I will just tell you to SHOP ELSEWHERE! My opinion of this company is extremely poor!!!

File a charge-back through your bank for failing to deliver.
