JTV Complaint - Bad Customer Service

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- I ordered diamond earrings for my mother on line for Christmas. I received a confirmation number and several follow up emails in regards to the shipment. After 10 days of not receiving the item, I called to check on status. I was told my card had been declined (impossible) and that they did not have the "man power" to contact me and tell me of the problem. I received 3 emails stating the item had been shipped and asked for my feedback of item. The customer service person was rude and did not offer any suggestions as to take care of the problem. Now I'm without a gift for my mother for Christmas! This is the 2nd time this type of problem has occurred.

I'm a sucker! Make sure you do not become one. Do not do business with this company. They are the worst.

I have always been pleased with my purchases and the over all operations. was this an online order?
