T-Mobile Complaint - Poor Or No Signal
ZIP CODE 23237, VIRGINIA -- I have had T-mobile cell phones for about two years and a half and have had to call several times about the poor or no signal strength. Finally I have no more patience with this company. I have patiently let all but one contract expire. The last contract I have is the data card for my lap top and to cancel this I have to pay something like $200. I have called several times and have gotten some very interesting suggestions on how to improve the signal in my house. For example, move close to a window or go outside. Just what I wanted to here, take my laptop outside or hold it against a window when I need to work with it.
T-mobile should at least provide some type of antenna for the customers who are not receiving the service they are paying for or let them cancel their contracts for free. Be careful with T-mobile they talk a good talk but they don't walk the walk.
