Orbitz Complaint - Lack Of Customer Service
MARYLAND -- Orbitz sold me a United Airlines international flight that was overbooked by 21 passengers so I was not able to get in. I was not able to reach their 888 number while I'm at the airport. I ask somebody at home to log in to my Orbitz account and e-mail them so we can get another number or they call call me back but the e-mail response was "will talk to my supervisor and will get back to you in 24 hours".
By the way, another passenger got her ticket from TRAVELOCITY $300 less than I paid Orbitz and she was able to get in. So everybody beware, Orbitz will not only rip you off but after they get your money, you are on your own.
