AT&T Complaint - The Worst Customer Service I've Ever Received!
SALINAS, CALIFORNIA -- I was given the run around for more tha a month concerning my lifeline application. The first time I requested the application for the program, it came in the mail under my mom's name! I then proceeded to contact the phone # on the app. The woman I spoke to said she would send me a new app. I never received it, I called AGAIN, and they said they had already sent it and it was past due. Turns out they sent it to the wrong address! And long story short, now turns out they want me to pay $50 for "late fees". And I'm going to have to write a letter to the state asking them to remove those charges.
I am very disappointed in AT&T, and their customer service! As soon as I get this taken care of I will cancel my services with them.
