Personalized Gifts Complaint - Didn't Send Purchase

LINCOLN, ILLINOIS -- Don't like being ripped off? Then I suggest not buying a gift from Personalized I had bought a gift for my boyfriend on December 5th, 2003. They never specified the length of time it would take for them to make it and then send it. Finally Christmas rolled around and I had not recieved it yet. So I e-mailed them and they wrote me back saying they will check on my order and write me back when it will come in. A couple weeks went by and I finally got impatient and demanded that my order be sent. They wrote back and said it will arrive in a couple of days. Another week went by and I still do not have it. That gift cost me over $35.00. Personalized is a rip off and they are not loyal to their customers.
