David O'Neal Complaint - Warranty Service Less Than Stellar

RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA -- Car was taken in for warranty service, transmission exhibited signs consistent with an in-place TSB. David O'Neal is not just content doing the warranty work, they will try to charge you for other servies that are not needed while your car in in their shop. Transmission was repaired, but car was not properly re-assembled. Main wiring harness from computer was left unattached and flapping against the manifold. Front quarter panel was covered in oil, engine was much dirtier than when I dropped the car off. After all the trouble I had with David O'Neal and getting a valid title to my car, you would think they would take care of me when I came back into their dealership. (Maintenance has been performed ELSEWHERE) The experience was as bad or worse than I had trying to get my title out of them.

David O'Neal and/or Westgate Chrysler: JUST SAY NO. (Capitol Chrysler, on the other hand, has been out of this world and I highly recommend them over David O'Neal group.)
