Nextel Complaint - Worst Service I Have Ever Had
TENNESSEE -- I have had Nextel service for over 8 years and I can't believe how this company is today. Boy, when Nextel says "done" they really mean it, they are about history and I will praise the day that happens. The customer service is horrible or maybe it's not, you can't tell because no one speaks English. The store associates are not too much better. I recently went to a store where I had to sit and listen about all the different companies this guy has worked for and Nextel is not owned by Nextel, it's a company called Absolute Wireless, what is that? First he tells me it was Nextel, then it was sprint Nextel and so forth. Why all the changes, how and why are people still signing up with... lets say three different companies.
When I went to the store there were 2 guys sitting up front and not one person in this place. Every time I go in it's empty and the sales associates just don't give a damn. You can't pay your bill in the store unless you pay a toll to do so, you can't shop for phones because they have about as many as you can count on one hand to choose from, you can't get a good deal if you upgrade or add a new line because the phones are over priced, you can't talk to customer service because you can't understand them.
So my question is...what can you do? When will this business go under?? It should have a long time ago. I wish I would have never upgraded and I can't wait until Jan because goodbye Nextel forever!!! It will be nice to switch to a company that is their own company and not some 3rd party. The company who purchased Nextel are fools. Nextel, you are over!!! Verizon is the new and happening thing and you can understand everyone and they have no hidden secrets, they don't have to....NEXTEL SUCKS!
