Tivo Complaint - Tivo Service

NEW YORK -- I have been a TV customer for years. I have had several problems over the years and had to contact customer service repeatedly. The wait time is excruciatingly long. Once you contact someone you are run through a series of procedures that they read off o chart. If none of these work they graciously get off the phone and tell you they will call back with a fix. Which they never do.

I have finally canceled after r1 1/2 hours of trying to cancel. They offered a new DVR, 3 months free service and a lower monthly rate. Why do you have to wait until you are totally aggravated to get the deal you should get monthly in the first place.

Don't buy a TV box.
