Buy.com Informative - Don't Return Items To Buy.com
ALISO, CALIFORNIA -- I purchased two bluetooth earphones. They didn't work as advertised. I called Buy.com to report this and they told me to follow the instructions in the box. I returned the items according to the packing materials and instructions included in the shipment. They included a self stick shipping label with the item addressed to blue light something or another at K-mart in Georgia. (They would not admit they delt with K-mart but later admitted to it). I waited a month to see if they had received them. I have a shipping receipt saying they did. They told me time and time again they didn't receive the items even though I had proof they did. I had the charges reversed on my debit card. They fought it and I ended up paying for the item that I returned to them.
They won't return my items and won't refund my money. I'm certain I'm not the only person who is victim to this scheme. Wish I could sue them. Price was about $128.00.
