Cingular Wireless Complaint - Family Plan and "Porting existing phone numbers"
OKLAHOMA -- I recieved my 2 new phones 1/15/04 and have made about 15 phone calls to have them "activated" on existing cell numbers. As of the 23rd one number is lost in the "porting" process, the other number was activated to the Cingular phone and now does not work on either phone. Callers are directed to voice mail. I called today and was disconnected while talking to Coby. I am sending the phones back Monday. Do you understand?
